Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I receive an RFQ quote?
We typically respond within 72 business hours of receiving complete documentation: 3D model (STEP/IGES), 2D drawing with tolerances, material and planned annual volume.
Which materials do you process?
Commodity and engineering plastics: PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA6/PA66 (including glass-filled grades), POM, TPE and others. We also run certified materials.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We handle both prototype runs from a few hundred pieces and high-volume production. Volumes are agreed individually at the quoting stage.
Do you build injection molds?
Yes — we design and build new molds with a trusted toolshop. We also service and modify molds supplied by the customer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, at the customer's request we sign an NDA before any technical documentation is shared.
